Corporate Video Production
Toronto

Over 30 years of corporate video, produced in Toronto by one team. Script, crew, studio, animation and edit under a single roof, so the people who plan your video are the people who shoot it and the people who cut it.

Pre Production

Before anything is filmed we work out what the video has to do and who has to watch it. That conversation produces a script, a shot plan, a schedule and a quote. You approve all four before a camera is booked. Most of the problems that make video projects expensive are decisions that were left open too long, and this is the stage where we close them.

Production

Our producers and directors of photography shoot in 4K with professional lighting and sound, in our Toronto studio or on your site. Time lapse, aerial drone videography and multi camera event coverage are all in house. The crew that shows up is our crew, not a roster of freelancers assembled the week before.

Post Production

Editing, colour, sound, music, motion graphics and animation happen in the same building as everything else, which is why revisions come back quickly. Our editors cut for the channel the video is going to live on, and you get every version you need at the end rather than a single master you have to have re-cut later.

Who We Are

Who We Are

We Provide Solutions for Everyone

Key West Video has been producing corporate video in Toronto for over 30 years. Producers, directors of photography, editors and animators, all on staff, working out of our own studio on Dufferin Street.

We have made video for national law and accounting firms, manufacturers, non profits and household name brands. Grant Thornton LLP, Stikeman Elliott LLP, Benjamin Moore, Huawei, Skylink and the Parkinson Society of Central and Northern Ontario among them. We shoot across Toronto and the GTA, travel throughout Canada and the United States, and produce video in Ottawa and the National Capital Region.

The work is award winning. What clients tend to mention first, though, is that it arrives on the date we said it would.

Why Companies Choose

Why Toronto Companies Choose Key West Video

Over 30 years, one team

We are not a producer with a contact list. Producers, DoPs, editors and animators are on staff, which is why a schedule holds and a revision does not wait on somebody else’s calendar.

Our own studio

A production studio at 5050 Dufferin Street with green screen, lighting and sound already set up. Studio days cost less than location days and nothing depends on the weather.

Everything in house

Live action, animation, motion graphics, aerial drone, photography and post production. Most video projects need at least two of those, and every hand off between two companies is a delay and a markup.

A quote before we start

You get scope and pricing in writing before production begins, and any change to scope is quoted before it happens rather than discovered at invoice.

Toronto, Canada and the United States

Based in Toronto, producing video in Ottawa and the National Capital Region, and travelling for clients across
Canada and the US. One crew, one look, however many cities the project covers.

Video Production Packages

Most clients come to us with a single video in mind. Some come with a year of them. Our specialty packages bundle recurring work at a lower per video rate, and a producer will walk you through the options and the pricing on a short call.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a corporate video take?

It depends on the project. A single straightforward video can be produced in a matter of days, and most projects run a few weeks from first meeting to final delivery. Planning and scripting come first, the shoot is usually short, and the bulk of the calendar time goes on editing and revisions. Rush timelines are possible and we will tell you upfront whether a date is realistic.

Both. We have our own production studio in Toronto with a green screen, and we shoot on location across the GTA and anywhere our clients need us in Canada and the United States.

Corporate and brand video, training and educational video, testimonials and interviews, product and service video, event coverage, television commercials, social video, animation and motion graphics, and aerial drone footage.

Yes. We produce video in Ottawa and the National Capital Region and travel across Canada and the United States regularly. Non local production is a standard part of what we do rather than an exception.

National law and accounting firms, manufacturers and consumer brands, non profits and associations. Grant Thornton LLP, Stikeman Elliott LLP, Benjamin Moore, Huawei, Skylink and the Parkinson Society of Central and Northern Ontario are among the organisations we have produced video for.
